PAX Machine Works produces precision metal stampings for military ground vehicles including tactical transports, armored personnel carriers, and main battle tank programs. Our 1,200-ton press capacity handles the heavy-gauge steel components these platforms demand.
STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE
Located just 50 miles from the Lima Army Tank Plant (Joint Systems Manufacturing Center) — the only facility in the U.S. that builds the M1 Abrams main battle tank.

Naval vessels demand components that withstand extreme marine environments. PAX delivers precision stampings for surface combatants, support vessels, and submarine programs — built to withstand salt spray, vibration, and shock loads.
MATERIAL CAPABILITY
We stamp a range of materials including high-strength steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys suitable for marine environments, with material thickness up to 0.218" and widths up to 32".
Our press fleet spans 100 to 1,200 tons — one of the most capable ranges in the Midwest. Predominantly Minster and Aida presses, including advanced servo technology.
